Services

At Ogeechee Wound Healing, we are committed to restoring health, promoting healing, and reducing barriers to care through advanced wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT). Our services aim to help patients recover from chronic wounds, surgical wounds, diabetic ulcers, pressure injuries, and other conditions that require specialized treatment.

Wound Care Services

We collaborate with a local regional medical center to provide expert treatment for complex and non-healing wounds. Our care includes:

  • Advanced Dressing & Treatment Techniques to accelerate healing and prevent infection

  • Debridement Therapy to remove dead tissue and encourage tissue regeneration

  • Compression Therapy for venous ulcers and circulation support

  • Diabetic & Pressure Ulcer Care to reduce complications and improve outcomes

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

HBOT is a cutting-edge treatment that enhances the body's natural healing process by increasing oxygen levels in the bloodstream. This therapy can effectively aid in:

  • Diabetic wound healing by improving circulation and tissue repair

  • Post-surgical recovery through accelerated wound closure

  • Radiation injury treatment to mitigate long-term effects of radiation exposure

  • Severe infections by increasing oxygen delivery to affected tissues

Planned Future Financial Assistance Programs

We recognize that financial barriers often prevent individuals from accessing the care they need. As we establish ourselves as a nonprofit, we will work to provide discounted services, cover copays, deductibles, and coinsurance for those who qualify for financial assistance. These programs will be designed to:

  • Offer sliding-scale discounts based on income levels

  • Provide full or partial financial aid for uninsured or underinsured patients

  • Establish community partnerships to sponsor treatments for individuals in need

Through compassionate care and financial support, our goal is to ensure that no one is denied treatment due to financial hardship—because healing should be accessible to all.
